Rise Wild
Tuesday Lunchtimes, 1.15 - 2pm
Dynamic & energising vinyasa yoga to wake up the body and mind.
This energetic class moves fluidly through postures in synchronicity with breath, building strength, stamina and flexibility. This class is suitable for people who have a basic understanding of yoga and those with more experience.
This class takes place at The Canvas, in Bethnal Green, London.
Spaces are limited, we recommend you book in advance to secure your place. Classes are £5 (drop in) or £40 (if you block book 11 classes).

Slow Rise
Nurturing & calming vinyasa class to replenish the body and reconnect with yourself.
This class is perfect for beginners and for anyone that wants to practice at a slower pace. With a focus on connecting breath and movement this gentle, revitalising class is the perfect way to start your day.
The hour long Vinyasa class is followed by an optional 30 minute guided meditation.

Empowering yoga promoting balance and focus.
An invigorating, empowering practice perfect for re-energising yourself at the end of the week. Suitable for people who have some experience of yoga, this class focuses on building strength, taking risks and moving beyond our comfort zone.
